I am ordinary. 
When I eat, I eat. When I dring, I drink. 
There is not doubt what I am doing. 
Relaxing in the moment in the act. 
When I excite, I excite. 
When I dance, I dance. 
When I angry, I become the Anger. 
When I sleep, I sleep. 
I forget everything because nothing is imporrtant to remember. 
When I die, I simply die. 
I leave everything behind.

私は、ふつう。 
食べるときは、食べる。飲むときは、飲む。 
そこには、自分がやっていることに何の疑いもない。 
行為の瞬間の中にくつろいでいる。 
昂奮するときは、昂奮する。 
踊るときは、踊る。 
怒ったときは、怒りになる。 
眠るときは、眠る。 
私は、全てのことを忘れる、というのは憶えておくべき重要なものはないから。 
死ぬときは、ただ死ぬ。 
全てのものを、後にしてゆく。
